I’m 15 got my braces off half a year ago.
Sadly I’ve got my upper two premolars removed but my maxilla is still decent (I have big teeth)
I’m still wearing retainers at night but I fear they might be nerfing my development

This was from like 3 years ago to half a year ago

Tenho 15 anos e tirei o aparelho ortodôntico há seis meses.
Infelizmente, tive que extrair meus dois pré-molares superiores, mas minha maxila ainda está em boas condições (tenho dentes grandes).
Ainda uso aparelho de contenção à noite, mas temo que ele possa estar prejudicando meu desenvolvimento.

Isso foi de uns 3 anos atrás até meio ano atrás.
