On 10–12 September it was loaded onto flights out of Mumbai (BOM) toward Frankfurt (FRA). The duplicate "departure" scans are just India Post scanning quirks. On 14–15 September the plane landed in Frankfurt, the bag was unloaded, and the parcel went to "DEFRA," Deutsche Post's international mail exchange office at Frankfurt Airport.
