i never took minox so i don't know, they guys grow long af, but it works only if you already have potential

i just drink straight from the bottle JFL, as much as i feel

but you should start carefully, from like one drop and go to 1/3 of a tea spoon, i would say it's optimal

you should experiment some people shit from those dosages, get ache in a tummy etc.
