He is one of the safest surgeons right after American surgeons. Sure, affordable. Quite conservative movements that probably won’t change your face heavily but will make you at least craniofacially average maybe with a more projecting chin.

I am German as well you need a side xray at least. The one I got was a cbct (in Germany is called DVT) which costs around 250 euro

Would say more jaw, chin definition. Tighter soft tissue, bigger smile from LF1 would be the most effective frontal changes to expect.

Yes, get advancement. You’re a Class 1, which means you don’t have much of an overbite so you need upper jaw advancement to get more lower jaw advancement.

If you can get close to this line, meaning the central incisors and chin are lined up here then you’re in a good spot.

Ramieri is quite known for big genioplasty movements in compensation for lack of BSSO.

** Make sure to get downgraft on your chin because rotation will make it shorter. Ramieri knows this so you should be fine.

Naturally, projecting the chin would make the chin appear wider:
The size of an object while seeing it through eyes depends on the visual angle and not on the real size of the object. If the object is near to the eyes the visual angle will be higher and when it is far away the angle will be smaller. According to that, the size will differ. The size is proportional to the visual angle.

But Ramieri does not truly widen the chin.

Not best, but cheap and will fix your recession.
