He is one of the safest surgeons right after American surgeons. Sure, affordable. Quite conservative movements that probably won’t change your face heavily but will make you at least craniofacially average maybe with a more projecting chin.

Naturally, projecting the chin would make the chin appear wider:
The size of an object while seeing it through eyes depends on the visual angle and not on the real size of the object. If the object is near to the eyes the visual angle will be higher and when it is far away the angle will be smaller. According to that, the size will differ. The size is proportional to the visual angle.

But Ramieri does not truly widen the chin.



Not best, but cheap and will fix your recession.

I saw many people saying the opposite, that genioplasty makes it more narrow, or appear more narrow

Mine is ok on that, normal, but I would like to go beyond the average and have a wide, since Ill be doing a surgery for that

And about Alfaro, do you know if he wides the chin while projecting forward?

As for bone deterioration, thats the reason I gave up on implants, I dont want to fuck my natural bones

Same I’d love to have insane jaw with bone implants but just worry that they will kill my bones after 20+ years. Risk reward isn’t there

I don't like chin wing cuz
1. it messes with your jawline (steepoff) and
2. it lowers your jaw angles (the price you pay for wider jaw)

I'd rather opt for implants if necessary

Dude half his results are "bad", he doesn't give enough movement at all. Go to Alfaro if you want to actually ascend.

Nelson Leon and Julio Martin in South America are very cheap and their results are top-notch. I wouldn't recommend Ramieri unless you are only slightly recessed.

He could use it. You’re being distracted from his mandible by his better features. If he posted his CT Scan, you can see the anterior mandibular hypoplasia

Okay. I’m not that recessed I do feel I have some sag/fat under chin though. I just want insane jawline but scared implants will kill my bones so that is why I thought bimax.

He designs the implant but will also listen to your suggestions on how you want it to look overall.
