I think that's the kind of flaw you only notice if you nitpick people's faces and look at each feature Individually from a psl standpoint

even if u weren't a psl autist it's still a flaw u'd notice irl. youthfulness takes a hit when u have those folds

To me it looks like this thing originally was a guy and then started balding but it hit him so hard that he transitioned into a female, started blasting estrogen into his blood alongside androgen-blockers and then got a hair transplant (the only one he will ever need again cus he is nuking his T levels until he ropes or dies a natural death [less likely according to many studies about transgender suicide rates])
