if you think about it then the bullhorn lip lift (the most common one iirc) is pretty easy in its nature. the surgeon just cuts a little bit of skin right under your nose and then fixates the skin higher with surgical needles and surgical threads, lifting the upper lip and shortening the philtrum.. in theory you could just do this in a fairly clean room infront of a mirror with some alcohol wipes, a sterile surgical scalpel, topical lidocaine, sterile tweezers, sterile gauze sponges to absorb blood, 3 diffrent sterile surgical needles (chat gpt told me that surgeons sew the skin together on 2-3 layers so they use 3 diffrent sewing materials) with connected surgical threads and medical gloves or just desinfected hands lol. i need a lip lift because my upper lift is genuinely subhuman, it is 2mm wide and one of the points (that form cupids bow) is higher than the other
. however my philtrum is in the ideal range. i am aware that aftercare will suck and it will probably leave a worse scar than if the surgery would've been performed by an actual surgeon but atleast u r saving money am i right
