I would never make the zygomatich arch less wide, since its on the zygomatch arch you have all the ligaments keeping your face up

Was asking about this yesterday, aswell.

It's either Zygomatic Reduction or Sliding Genio/Filler's to fix my 2.4 FWHR.
I can get the Former option done for cheap locally, Recovery is minimal, no scar's, seem's like a good option; paired with Chin Filler's would do good aswell.

Lift what?

If Zygomatic Reduction is a bad option, what is the fix for a wide FWHR?
