Did squinting as a kid fuck me up

When i was younger and still sometimes now in the sun I squint like crazy like until the muscles get tired and it hurt to squint idk why my eyes are sensitive to light I always wear sunglasses

do you have light colored eyes by chance? if yes u prob have photophobia

No squinting didnt do anything,it started to feel uncomfortable because youre muscle got tired

by the way the squinting is not the cause it's a symptom, u prob have photophobia even with brown eyes the level of protective melanin pigment in the iris and retina can vary from person to person you might just have less than average, or maybe u have some other vision conditions but imo still schedule a comprehensive eye exam asap.
