Still using off the shelf infraorbital rim implants, especially without screw fixation, is pretty disappointing. They'll cause resorption from movement/not sitting well on the underlying anatomy, and are almost impossible to place symmetrically. He needs to get with the times and stop being too lazy to go the ct designed route
