Started using ordinary lash serum, but the application tool is a bit weird to me, and because it's water-based based I can't tell if my lashes/brows are being fully saturated by the serum.

I've been using rosemary oil, which has gotten me good results, and when I use it, all of my lashes/brows feel saturated by it so I know it works.

Can anyone who's used the serum attest to whether it works despite feeling a lot different from oil in terms of application?

Trying to push the envelope, and I'm wondering if this will work

i have that stuff, but i used it mixed with "my lash serum" from etude house. I think the Etude house one, works best. plus that one, doesn't use that stuff (prostagladin), than can fuck up the fatpads.
