Just to breakdown everything he did. Better haircut / grew hair out, different lighting, different skintone, better / healther skin quality, SO much better style, added accessories, built a good body, tated himself, grew facial hair, improved lip quality, tiny eyebrow growth (not too noticable in the vid), face got leaner (from gym maxing), different pose / wasnt smiling he was always kinda buff. im happy he has ascended good lowteir normie to high teir normie / chadlite. I KNOW when some incel who things you have to look like O pry to be considered chad is going to poop his pants and throw a fit at me saying chadlite, but this dude is top 20% of dudes in looks

Bruuuh, I'm so dumb, I thought it was a picture. Personally I think that what he did mainly was softmaxxing and probably gymmaxing, in the first part of the video he already shows a bit "muscular" but he still shows weak + a BF% higher than the current one, from then on I only see that he tanned.
