i doubt it, your nose grows into old age so it likely just got slightly droopier naturally and now looks better as a result

sure but i dont think its as drastic. Also the width in the second pic is much smaller

ur nose is good and proportionate to your face. I seen the morph you posted a week or 2 ago. It improved your look but it wasnt necessary or needed tbh
