I was mogging in chess, and other games, my elo and rating increased crazily from magnesium, vit d3, zinc, lithium orotate, and mk677.

That was april 11. I bought tongkat ali and started taking it on may 13th, and ever since then, my elo has dropped nearly 200 points. wtf? I stopped and it hasn't recovered. I feel severe brain fog, and sleepy, and fatigue and tired. can't focus or concentrate at all.
