Whenever skin stops being red and is normal again, higher power just make you get the same results in shorter time but with more risk and looking worse in between, you can also do 1 side every 2 days and it fat drains faster as its less pressure on the liver.

Right but if I wanted to do higher levels how long should I just, just until it stops being red??

idk about faster results tbh
the liver thing is kinda wild speculation imo. your liver has to process that stuff, yeah, but "less pressure" implies a direct linear relationship that's probably not accurate. higher levels *are* more risky, that's the main point. you gotta let ur skin fully recover first, or ur just stacking damage and making things worse. wait till redness is gone and then some.
