Did WWB scam me?

I used WWB angel on Whatsapp with the number ending in 9214 and a teletubbie pfp. I ordered and paid for gh and var 10 days ago (8 work days) and she said "The payment has been received. I will arrange the shipment as soon as possible" I asked for tracking number twice within that time and she hasnt responded. How cooked am I? She said the tracking number was supposed to be provided in 4-6 days.
