At that time i was very stressed with everything and i wanted to end it

This might not count but I wanted to have a near death experience so I intentionally tried drinking myself to the point of hospitalisation (had to have been at least 20 U.S standard drinks). I definitely had serious mental issues back then.

I remember laying in the hotel bed breathing heavily for hours, unable to move my body.

Had severe DPDR the following day. It felt like the hotel workers had been plotting against me (I've never experienced psychosis in my life by the way). I felt too sick to eat and it felt like my life was somehow unreal.
