I do all the time at my office.

There was one time in particular that really stands out
Some time ago (like 3 months maybe) I pointed to a morbidly obese landwhale in her early 20s (she's young , so she's vulnerable lol ) plate, which had a 2 doughnuts and a hot dog and said "wow, seems like you never had breakfast today" she said "yep" (almost about to cry it seemed) and then I said "I can tell" and laughed.

Seems I made her cry

One time a landwhale said that she did not like going to the gym. She complained about the people who "go to the gym all the time"

In response , I said "why don't you like them? is it because they are in good shape"
