I used to take ashwagandha to reduce my chronic stress levels and increase my testosterone. However, after a week or more of taking it, I started feeling emotionless. I wouldn't get happy or feel sad anymore. But the feeling I got was not of the absence of emotions. I felt as if I had that feeling somewhere buried but it couldn't come out. It wasn't very pleasant.

The amount of testosterone you get from the increase is laughably small
It really depends. If the reason you have low-t is because of high cortisol levels then it will increase t-levels by a lot. Plus lower cortisol has a snowball effect. It improves sleep quality and the time it takes to fall asleep.

if you took it before sleep and not during the day then no. but i've done high dose and felt just calmer. But some people might interpert this as emotional numbness.

I had the same, but for me I kinda enjoyed the emotionlessness but it faded a few weeks after taking it. I also suddenly got way higher marks on tests and stuff in school as the calmness and stresslessness made it easier to revise as it was the stress that made it impossible to try and revise, not the actual tasks. I also felt lightheaded if I took it in the morning, but not in the evening.

Yes i almost died

After like a month of aschwagandha I have set the world record for lowest cortisol recorded in history

You should be taking shit that actually works. Ashwagandha sides are real (diarrhea, headache, liver problems and anehdonia), but as a compound it is a fucking cope. Not even talking about how it makes you "have more test bro". It was researched to be good against anxiety and sleep issues. And it fucking sucks for that too.
