From 18-~22 I grew from 181cm to 184cm. I still do height maxxing cope at age 26 such as vitamin d sun gazing, vitamin k2, stretching during the day, hanging off the bars, bandaging myself to pull in opposite direction when I'm asleep to increase spinal decompression, between age 22 and 26, yet I am still only 184cm nighttime height.

Same issue as yours tbvh. But I don't have the guts to pull of a growth plate scan. Maybe if you do it you can have a chance to start blasting AI & HGH. Thinking to start taking hgh after a scan maybe

Ps: if your grandpa and grandmother were tall like mine. Grandad 6'2 and grandma 5'10. Then you have a high chance of growing. Such as my uncles are 6'2-3 but my dad had been obese for a long while so he got nerfed out. To reach your true maximum potential you'd need to take some stuff like hgh and AI woth open growth plates. And ffs take a scan it costs like 10 bucks don't be this one nigger that took hgh and ai for a half an year but didn't get a cm. Or you could just take AI if you have open growth plates if your a pussy like me who's scared to try hgh or any steriods.
