Same here, i'm 22 and have had acne since I was 12. It has always been severe and i'm so used to it that i've forgotten what's it like to have clear skin, I mean the last time I had clear skin was a decade ago.

It's clearing now up though and i'm getting treatment for the scars

Kind of. Got it at 13, but not too severly.

Moved from my forehead all the way down to my facial area within a 2 year time period, I have no idea why exactly.

From around 16 onwards my outbreak curbed its agression, and now I very rarely ever get acne at 18. As I have come to find out myself, my diet is main determinor of the severity of my acne.
