Did you guys ever try to learn a language from scratch and how long did it take

i tried learning chinese for a bit but realized it was useless because i didnt know how to read the alphabet and could only say the word coffee

English is only easy for you cause you’re a native English speaker it’s actually very complicated to learn

learnt french back in hs, it was pretty easy if i stuck to it id be fluent in like a year or so but i just dropped it

agreed, its a fun language to speak once you get the gist to it
also halos you in some way to girls, gives you some sophisticated "aura"
