I’m not goin to the gym today idc, my hair looks like shit and my gym is full of hot stacies (make up maxxed MTBs, only 1 true stacy lite but she’s taller than me)

Hell, in fact, i’m going to take the same route for the gym but stop at the local KFC and eat slop.

I've stopped using treadmills and just go for long walks/runs for cardio
