Honestly over break I probably easily ate a 30k surplusbodyweight can easily jump 5-10 lb in a few days. it's not fat it’s water, glycogen, sodium, and food in your system. Training, carbs, stress, poor sleep, or even eating less can make you hold water. Gaining 7 lb of fat would require like 24,000 extra calories, which obv didn’t happen over a few days. Weigh yourself fasted in the morning and look at weekly averages, not day to day numbers
even a 30k calorie surplus would equal about 8-9 lb of fat at most, and in real life usually less. no need to malnourish yourself, just keep a small deficit and workout (if you do)Honestly over break I probably easily ate a 30k surplus
