I have been only working out my arms, deltoids, traps and sometimes rarely chest, but recently I added pull ups and lats pull down(it hurts the day after but I also noticed my arms resting position flared out more so I check myself, yeah I look wider even from the front.
I also added neck curls and it makes my neck much stronger, high prenatal T and sensitive androgen receptors.
