Perfectionist "autism".

When, doing thing good/right; for looks. About 80% of the time. IS GOOD ENOUGH.
Basically having like 1 or 2 cheat day per week that one doesn't do things right (but not giga bad), is TOTALLY okay.

I'm 33. I don't think I've worn any sunscreen since I was about 14. Every year I get a lot of sun exposure.You don't need that stuff unless you're a ginger. Even then you're much better of just wearing hats. Sunscreen is poison.

I'm skin type 1, not the ginger type. I never tan and burn very easily. Sunscreen is a must for me, personally.
