For all dreams though I think it's the norm to slowly forget them over the course of the day. I used to have a notebook and write down everything that happened in my dream like 2 minutes after waking up.

I often have those dreams where things make sense like they could happen IRL but I am fully conscious that it's a dream and attempting to escape. Like I'm scared that if I die in the dream I won't be able to wake up.
