I had no idea thag one chicken thigh had about 450 calories wtf is this shit, that’s basically an entire meal, niggas cannot cut eating that shit. Fuck all those gurus online and the foodie faggots on YouTube who advised getting chicken thighs. Now ima have to starve the rest of the fucking day or I’m in a surplus.

TLDR: chicken thighs are not good for leanmaxxing

What about chicken breast
 
Great, very lean meats and one is about 160-250 calories. Amazing for a cut. Just avoid chicken thighs with skin especally cos it’s easily 350-450 for one chicken thigh.

FUCK chicken thighs. Once I’m done eating that packet I’ll never buy another one again

When your on a 2k deficit then yes it is a lot esp when your going to eat a lot of other shit like rice pasta etc with it easily coming in over 800-900calories.

If I had a girls appetite (a normal appetite where ppl are full up) id be fine with 450 calories of Chicken thigh but I’m a greedy fucker whose always hungry so 450 calories on a thigh is just empty calories for me just a fucking snack that’s why I’m fuming

Well i only get hungry at sunset, i naturally get this high adrenaline feeling after waking up lasting hours which makes me hyperfocused on alot of stuff, including just talking to friends and normies, i am hyperactive af in nature and skinny like that.

Oh, the stimulant use is a whole different ballgame. I did lose 10kg from stimulants, but thats AFTER forcing my self to eat something every day. If i actually embraced my stimulant appetite, i would only eat on every 3rd day. Stimulants, especially the ones who have higher norepinephrine activity, are insane at deactiving appetite. Something stimulants do which people don't realise is they supress the most crucial survival things for humans in favor of trivial stuff, these things are sleep, appetite, thirst, libido.

Thing is I would get really hungry but a couple of bites would get the job done. I really just prefer smoking and energy drinks all day.
I'm always kind of happy after my dinner because good fucking riddance.

Yeah chicken breast seems to be the best chicken for maximizing protein intake and cutting. I eat a 260g chicken breast a day, and two steaks; 1070cals and 150g protein

Lean meat is good for cutting, fatty meats are good for bulking. That's pretty basic knowledge. Maybe don't take advice from enhanced bodybuilders on YT.

Chicken thighs are the best part of the chicken I’ll never stop eating them. it will only make u fat if you don’t covert the fat into energy. The fat is good for building strength and muscle why do u think Africans are so good at sports

why would you be eating stuff like rice and pasta on a cut in the first place, thats just empty carbs that will leave you hungry, carbs are usually for bulking up

Cos I need carbs to fuel my workouts and my day. I eat carbs like pasta I just don’t go beyond 300 calories so usually 170g of pasta and 200g of rice at most. or I’ll have one or 2 buns with meat and salad (burger). And tbh I dunno what else I could eat to go along with my meals other than pasta rice or bread

Though I’m smart enough to mix it with high protien fiberous shit and data to feel full.

I’m trying to cut… end 450 is a lot of calories for one chicken thigh which doesn’t even tickle my belly cos I’m a greedy high appetite fuck. That’s an ultra L for me. But if I was bulking I’d eat 5 of those then eat bare other shit to get swole. All 450 in one chicken thigh does is make me hungry then I have to ration my meals to stay within 2k calorie limit.

Fuck chicken thighs for a cut
