Ok, this is either going to be a high iq thread or a low iq thread, you be the judge of that.
But here we go.
Its been proven by science that there are genetic differences in humans from different ethnicites or backgrounds, and over time their body type and genes have adapted to thrive on a particular diet (https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2017/06/170612153554.htm)
For example, some white people struggle to eat Asian dishes, and have problems with digesting it, etc. Not unlike some black people not being able to consume milk whereas white people can. (https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/17/us/white-supremacists-science-dna.html)
There are many examples of similar little cases like this. What it boils down to, is that the way a human face forms IS part genetic, and some races likely require different nutritions, for example some may need more vitamin D or vitamin K2 than others, and their ancestral diet accommodated this.
For example, if you are of Scottish descent or indeed a full Scotcel, then you would want to be consuming a diet like your ancestors did.
See here:
(Side note, the Scottish on this diet were absolute CHADS and the article explains why)
Anyway, basically you should be seeking to find out what your ancestral genetic makeup is, and construct a diet accordingly.
This is even legit for fatcels (volcels) who wish to lose weight (https://nypost.com/2018/05/08/is-the-secret-to-weight-loss-in-your-dna/).
I saw in @Mr_Norwood 's thread "https://looksmax.org/threads/im-on-the-megabus.32818/" that he was enjoying a nice English breakfast in Londinastan (jfl at ever going there these days but I digress) with blood sausage, a VERY British dish. Mr Norwood doesn't know it, but he is actually being very high IQ and eating to his ancestral genetic requirements.
In conclusion, dietmaxxing is looksmaxxing, and ancestral eating should be considered by all cels. And if you ever manage to reproduce, then it is even more important in raising a chad.
