I drink a good amount too, I have one infront of me right now, and unfortunately it's unhealthy af to drink in high volumes

tbh my problem is money i’m broke ash

I also drink a lot of cola without sugar, about 1.5 liters a day, it replaces sugar for me, but I also didn’t forget to drink water, I drink 2-4 liters of water a day, my pills cause dry mouth and water sometimes reduces the feeling of hunger
but almost every 30 minutes I go to the toilet

I don't think it's good to have 2-3L/day. If I had to guess 1L max. Make sure you are still getting 2-3L of water daily
