diet during puberty

im 15 5’11 trying to get 3k cals 150 protein. whats the best diet for a gymcel trying to maximize puberty
by this i mean like breakfast lunch dinner etc
no primal bs
 
i can get that much protein in less than half of the calories

figure out your maintenance and go 200-300 cals above it if you wanna puberty max ig, anything above that is gym bulking sam sulek "drink 2 lbs of milk" cope
