whats the ideal diet during puberty, calories per day, food?, especially if im going to the gym

U need to hit carbs and proteins, I know it’s 0,8 per kilogram for proteins. You don’t need to have perfect diet every day because you’re a human not a robot. I recommend creatine but it’s not necessary but 2L of water a day is a must have. So basically u need to hit proteins for overall growth, carbs for energy, 2L of water and good quality of sleep.
