That's wrong. Changing your diet will not directly ascend you, but it'll certainly make the process much easier. You're telling me it doesn't become substantially easier to have better skin when you have low inflammation? You're telling me, it isn't easier to be motivated to looksmaxx and build muscle when your testosterone is higher? You're telling me it isn't easier to look good when you have energy, have gut issues or aren't suffering from crippling nutrient deficiencies?

I hate the term "cope" in most context, apparently something that won't instantly turn you into a Chad is "cope", that's a stupid mentality, if something is moving the needle, be it directly or indirectly, it's not cope. If something is helpful, even if by a little bit, it's not "cope" and you shouldn't discourage people from doing it.

Plus, what does it all matter if you're hot now if you die in the next 20 years or age like raw milk? Fixing my diet was the best thing I've could've done for myself, not because it improved my looks (at least no directly), but because it improved every other aspect of my life.
