Yea but just make sure to get in your omega 3s and calcium and all your essential vitamins and everything 200 cal is a good deficit to stay at you can pretty much eat the same and just do cardio

Protein sources: fish- salmon, tuna, sardines. Red meat- lamb, beef (lean cuts/lean ground beef for less calories.) poultry- chicken, turkey. Nonfat Greek yogurt. Eggs/egg whites.

Fat sources: Egg yolks, olive oil, avocado, nuts/seeds, fattier cuts of meat like chicken thighs or steak.

Carb sources: fruits- bananas, apples, oranges, any kind of berry, grapes, melons, whatever else you like. Vegetables- leafy greens (spinach, lettuce, kale, arugula, collard/mustard greens, broccoli.) Carrots, peas, corn, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplant, cauliflower. If you eat starchy carbs make it oatmeal or a potato.

This is basically my entire diet. Eat a variety of these foods throughout the week. This will help you get lean and give you all your vitamins and minerals.

  • Eggs
  • Raw Goat’s Milk
  • Ground Meat
  • Organs
  • Spinaches (MAGNESIUM)
  • Coconut Oil (1 spoon/day)
  • Extra Virgin Oil (2-3 spoons/day)
  • Royal Jelly
  • Honeycomb
Don’t eat anything else
