Diet help for a broke 16 yr old

I need help I’m going to stay with my dad over the summer and all he buys is bullshit frozen foods and fast foods. His wife never cooks for him so what cheap food can I get at the supermarket to make sure I don’t get fat over the summer

cooking it on high heat and using either a paper towel or just pouring it out get a the grease out, lots of vids on tt and yt on it
