Im 16 180cm 52kg and im trying to gain muscle while trying to stay lean and minimize fat gain my maintenance calories are 2400 should i be maingaining or be in a surplus if so, how much

Im thinking of eating 2600 a day and doing 30 minutes of cardio every gym session where i burn 200-250 calories so i technically eat around 2800Surplus 100%, question is how much above maintenance, i would say that 350-500 calories is ok if you train hard and go continuously to the gym.
