I was raised a vegan and I still to this day eat vegan goyslop type food. I mainly live with the person who raised me vegan and they will not let me eat meat or anything like that on the regular the best I get is eggs and butter. I eat normal food on the weekends but I go out pretty much every meal on the weekends I am with my other parent, so its not really optimal. I’m buying a fridge for my room since i’m a malnourished fat fuck. I will start cooking my own food and start eating better once I acquire my mini fridge. But I honestly don’t know where to start. I want real foods not any of this stupid raw milk bullshit, I’m doing my own research but help would be amazing with high bioavailable foods and genuine healthmaxxing foods. I am going to start going to the gym again as well(I need to cut) so anything relating to that sort.

It’s not really that, one of my parents buys me fish, etc when we go out to eat and the other doesn’t care. It’s just the fact that one wouldn’t buy me groceries to i’m just going to buy them myself but I need a fridge first and i’m wondering what to actually eat to be nourished, healthy and loosing weight.

Well if you want to be healthy and whatnot i would just say to eat a bit animal based but also eat in moderation, Like what i do is i have meat and stuff like steak and lamb etc but ill also have stuff like rice, Lots of fruit, Berries, Milk, Some vegetables too, Like just eat normally, and a few bad foods here and there isn’t that bad if anything limiting yourself to only eating healthy will just make you feel restricted, Just make sure not to go way overboard and try to be careful with calories and portion control

So just whole 1 ingredient whole foods and stay consistent? Do you have any reccs for cutting food tho.

I’m just saying a moderately normal diet is all you need you don’t nessarcily need to eat in a specific diet as long as your still eating healthy, For cutting food there’s a lot of low calorie foods to eat like for meat get leaner versions for drinks get zero sugar for fruit berries will most likely fill you up same with grapes and watermelon for vegetables basically all are good options except for like maybe potatoes if your looking for cutting options, Just anything with low calorie there are tons of options
 
Alr I don’t really like that chemical ass zero calorie bullshit other than body armor light(because if the potassium) I would rather eat sugar through fruits. Would a low sugar diet help? Also should I take a multi vitamin to deal with vitamin deficiency? I was being a lazy ass bitch for a while and lowk still am hence the gym membership. It got so bad my hair is thinning and falling out due to lack of sun exposure and probably other things of the sort. I never really eat good, plan meals or anything of the sort I just cook gay ass vegan meals and go out when I don’t I need a grocery list and I can figure out how to incorporate various things. Do you have any suggestions of what topics(foods+supplements) I should do research on so I can get the most optimal vitamins, trace minerals, and other necessary things?
 
You dont gotta overcomplicate it,chicken breast and thigh are popular for a reason,cheap,protein,nutrient dense

Cow meat dont differ to much in nutrient but taste,try em out and see which you like

Salmon and cod is good
 
And it will be a whole lot easier with test,go with a low dosege like 250 a week and some reta,titrate untill it enough

alr thx for the advice i’m in peak puberty atm though should I just try a pep cycle?
