I was raised a vegan and I still to this day eat vegan goyslop type food. I mainly live with the person who raised me vegan and they will not let me eat meat or anything like that on the regular the best I get is eggs and butter. I eat normal food on the weekends but I go out pretty much every meal on the weekends I am with my other parent, so its not really optimal. I’m buying a fridge for my room since i’m a malnourished fat fuck. I will start cooking my own food and start eating better once I acquire my mini fridge. But I honestly don’t know where to start. I want real foods not any of this stupid raw milk bullshit, I’m doing my own research but help would be amazing with high bioavailable foods and genuine healthmaxxing foods. I am going to start going to the gym again as well(I need to cut) so anything relating to that sort.
