Man just eat 500 calories LESS than your maintenance. No need to torture yourself with so little food.

Probably sugar crash

I remember dieting and cutting a lot of sugars, I got a headache for nearly a week but it became a lot better after 3 weeks

Cutting sugars out is insane, I didn't eat a lot of sugar for about 3 months and fucking onions start tasting really sweet jfl

I haven't been very committed but it's fucking hard to cut out sugar. What other changes did you notice after cutting out sugar? Is it worthwhile to do so?

Yeah mate its very hard to cut out sugar and imo its not worth it unless you eat way too much sugar.

The first week I cut it out I didn't really feel anything much, second week I had headaches and felt like absolute shit, about a month in I felt the same as before but less tired, 2 to 3 months in I was getting way better sleep, had more energy when I woke up and maintain energy throughout the day and falling a sleep at the right time was easier.

When I got back to eating the shit I ate before everything was sweet as fuck mate, its actually insane the amount of sugar people eat but just get used to it, I had a can of coke and felt like my teeth was rotting on the spot after not eating a lot of sugars for so long.

You can substitute refined sugar with Stevia and substitute carbs out for good fats (keep you full for longer too), you don't need to cut it out completely but just lower the amount you eat.
