But what's brutal is that he is way smarter than me. I've struggled in school my whole life while this motherfucker gets straight As despite studying less than me. He's also better at social interactions while barely socializing, meanwhile i socialize frequently and yet I still cant fit in and people make fun of me.

Diet is definitely not cope, but it also isn't some crazy lifeblood of looking good. It definitely helps, but it also matters if you consistently have a stream of proper nutrients. Good genetics are more important but good diet can help your body a decent amount. I wouldn't go as far to say "diet is cope" but it is definitely not as important as some tiktokcels make it out to be
