I have been eating only Bacons, eggs, steaks, tunas, sardines, ground meats, livers, extra virgin olive oil and fruits only. Supplementing with 20g creatine, b12, d3, carnintine, ltyrosine, alpha gpc and ZMA.


Holy shit I feel so strong probably the strongest I have ever felt in my life.


WTF I thought eating Mcdonals, burgur king, kfc were normal.

Cope, 50g recommended protein is bullshit.
100 is enough more than that you start creating ammonia and shifting towards fat rather than glucose oxidation
