I have recently been on 250 MG of Testosterone Cypionate closing into my 4th week. I have been eating like shit and recently started going to the gym again after doing just BJJ. I train at the gym maybe 3-4 times now. But I wanted to know if it will effect muscle, and hormonal growth if I keep eating like shit and going to the gym (Now regularly.) What should I expect if I change my approach to some of the dietary and training styles

What is the point of taking test if you're gonna train and eat like a retard.

Obviously it has an enormous impact on how much tissue you're gonna put on.
 
What do you mean "eating like a retard"? As long as you eat your macros and daily caloric intake you should be good. A slight surplus will help further of course. Quality food matters, more when you're natural than when enhanced but it should not be neglected. Diet quality does heavily impact hormonal balance though, enhanced or not.

Yes it's true that you can have bad diet habits when using certain compounds *cough*tren*cough* but I would not rely on it. Eating processed foods high in sodium does not hinder your progress per say but present long term health risks ; increased cardio vascular problems, blood pressure, bad cholesterol and plaque building...

Just have a balanced diet.
