How many of everybody have a high carb diet or low/no carb i feel like its half and half and see good points on why either is optimal

I feel like on low carbs I feel like absolute dog shit, high carbs is the way to go for me

both are good depending on ur situation

i lift 2-3 times a week and only eat <100 carbs on those days, i really dont know what optimal tbh too many mixed opinions

2-3 times a week is not much, unless its like something really serious but even then its kinda useless, so idk

Low carb all the time is misery. I only really eat carbs on training days to maximize insulin sensitivity tho.

feel way better on 2-3 times a week but i also used to be a gymcel and already have a good base
 
If I ate on a low carb diet I would blow my brains out probably
