diet post puberty has no effect on looks

i haven't seen a post like this even though i think this is water. just came across a tiktok video where a model buys some goyslop and shows his terrible diet made of pizza, pasta, grocery store sweets and more junk food while not worrying about getting bloated or having a breakout, i know it's part genetic, but if you are not chugging seed oils and living off skittles you won't get any acne from bad diet.

oh i know brother trust me, i am one of the lucky ones when it comes to acne, but the thing is everybody breaks out sometimes and it has nothing to do with what you eat in my experience.

I eat like shit but somehow never had acne its unfair but I’m about as ND as it gets so I guess it compensates somehow
