im currently in a cut for summer
but i read that i need to eat in a calorie surplus for the max igf1
i also wanna get lean for summer
what do i do

i have the same problem,

I want to start the cut in march/april so i get lean for summer,
ones im lean enough im gonna maintain/lean bulk during the summer

Get lean, fuck the igf-1 height shit, unless you're genuinely starving yourself for months it won't stunt height

march/april may be too late
if you want to enjoy being lean for summer i would start now bc in may its already pretty hot, depens where u live
and to get the slight deficit and lose as little muscle as possible u would need to start ealier and eat a little more than u would at ur cut in april/march

depends on your bf % tho

I have the same problem as you, but people with shit diets, alcohol and all that stuff will only after years stunt like 2 cm. If you're just eating in a calorie deficit but keep protein and activities good while taking vitamin supplements only calories will be missing which you'll get from the stored fat, only scenarios where it stunts isn't really because of the calorie deficit itself, it's because of malnutrition, low activity and shit. If your purely calorical deficit isn't over 800-1000 you'll definetly be good trust me

eating 2250 cal´s atm.
