Diet suppression triggered by seeing foid i want being a groupie

I haven't felt hungry in a really long time it's been like a week now I've only been eating 1 meal or less a day so like 1000 cals or under I believe this was triggered buy seeing foid in secretly in love with be turned into a groupie hoe turns out it was not her this entire time just someone that looks identical with an emo aesthetic but that's not the point The point is my obsession is burning hot asf and I can't control myself anymore I've been lifting hella and not eating some of you might say that's retarded I kind of agree but I can't control this every time I try to eat I feel disgusting but eventually my stomach hurts with a burning sensation and I get some food in very unusual for me in my non hypnotized state because I'm a certified fat ass and can eat 6k a day if I had 0 self control can someone explain why this is happening?
