So what I did is extremely cut down my food supply. When I started out I would smoke cigs all day long and drink coffee. I would eat only a filet of salmon and oysters at night. Some days I would eat another big one meal a day at a Mexican restraunt. Other days eat 6 donuts for my meal. Which is 1200 calories. Other days just eat snacks throughout the day. My main meal I eat is one filet of salmon and 10 oysters a day. I don’t eat dairy. I stopped eating meals and only eat when I absolutely need to which is the biggest thing. Eggs are also very health and I try and eat those when I can. I flip flop. Some days eat 3000 calories others as little as 800. I have lost 25lbs in 2 months doing this. Another tool i use is ADDERALL THAT IS PRESCRIBED TO ME. Honestly I just started using this so it’s not required but adderall helps like nothing else. Literally nothing else is as effective as adderall for fasting I did a 50 hour fast. Adderall has the problem of rebound eating tho so be careful. Easy af to get a prescription I can make a guide if you guys want

I can’t deny you’re ascending but this is absurd. I have muscle I’m not tryna lose tho so not doing this shit
