trainingfor endurance vs strength has been debunked for a while. training in a standard 8-10 rep range will get the same hypertrophic effect on slow twitch fibers as training in the 20-30 rep range. when you near fatigue, your body recruits fast twitch fibers to compensate for the loss of power output from slow twitch fibers. the only time you should train with more reps is to perfect form.

They do, but the ideal physique is only achievable via genetics and good nutrition during development. Wide clavicles, wide set scapula, thin waist, long body, good insertions... lifting metal up and down will not get you any of these.
