I'm wondering what type of diet is THE MOST OPTIMAL during puberty for bones (height & face). So there are a lot of diffrent suggetsion, I'm wondering which would be the best to ascend. One usuall suggestion is Pablo sugar diet, which I get but really doesn't make a bunch of sense, there is also a bunch of high carbs diets and there are bunch of Goatis raw meat primal diets. Which is the best during puberty and is working out stunting growth, also calisthenics are they any good? If you are willing to anserw please expalin why and what are some things u can do in puberty, especially for height.

just hit ur micronutrients, get enough protein, enough fats for hormones, enough carbs to fuel workouts, and eat in a surplus of 200-300

the biggest part of my puberty (from 13 to 16), I was anorexic because of bullying bcs of my 25-30% bf prior to that 11-13, ate 1 meal a day for the majority of days while 13-15 then at 15 2 meals a day full of sugar and 2 L of coca cola every day, still managed to be 5'11 and the moment I quit sugar I ascended from ltn to high mtn- low htn, genetics are law.

also i ate like shit during peak puberty and most of it, still 6'2 at 16, genetics are law jfl

Yeah ik genetics are law, but that doesnt mean diet and enviermonet dosent mattrrs. I to have friends who eat like shit and are 6ft 2 at 14

Vegetables yes or no? A lot of contreversy bc of the antinutrients in them.

if you do, make sure theyre cooked, and just limit the amount, you are better off getting most your nutrients from anything thats not a vegetable tho.

Just eat whole non soy foods and youre good.. i recommend raw milk just for the fun of it too;) #TruecelsKnow
 
dont listen to any of these ngas talking bout you can eat vegetables if they are cooked, most are manmade and contain 0 nutrients

Vitamin A is in the wrong form, as well as K and Iron, not even bioavailable. Just filled with compounds that downregulate your thyroid and poison you.

Animal foods provide every essential nutrient, eating foods found in nature is the only diet that works.

Ngl I eat a lot of sugar from fruit, honey and milk/kefir/yogurt. I eat all raw tho

not for the majority you arrogant charlatan... of course mogger genes will overrule any life style choice (case study ramirez), but diet while in development will impact the way you look monumentally for the average person. everyone could be forward grown if they ate properly while young idiot, all other animals look the same so that obviously applies to humans as well

eat non processed food, eat in a surplus and dont cut while ur in puberty also get enough sleep, sleep is very important

eggs beef fish(salmon w/ bones) fruit and milk, for your bone growth, most optimal thing for you to do imo is to fix your calcium-phosphorous ratio, (1:1-2:1), can be tough when consuming high protein but you can optimize certain things and supplement the right calcium brand, but over time you'll see results

How do I get good quality meat organs and meat muscle that I can eat raw, from any buthcer or? Bc when I tried liver from a farm and from the butcher the taste was very diffrent

local farms

butcher is fine too but quality is everything, taste can vary tho thats normal

Okay, how do I make fermented milk or kefir from raw milk, and how much liters of raw milk should I take if I can get it about once per week?
 
eat what a men like your grandfather was eating and good nutriment, protein, lipids, and natural sugar like fruit, and no sugar, ONLY sugar like NATURAL SYRUP

High nutrient density // lowish calories. You don't have to eat raw meat but that's the direction to go if you want to be optimal. The sugar stuff is just the new angle "influencers" are trying after veganism failed in the last decade. It's pure subversion, avoid. Sugary foods are low nutrient density // high calories, major looksmin.

high protrein high carb(yes you will get puffy but its crucial for development do eat conplex carbs and not simple), all nootrients, dont follow goatis follow Aajonous
