I'm wondering what type of diet is THE MOST OPTIMAL during puberty for bones (height & face). So there are a lot of diffrent suggetsion, I'm wondering which would be the best to ascend. One usuall suggestion is Pablo sugar diet, which I get but really doesn't make a bunch of sense, there is also a bunch of high carbs diets and there are bunch of Goatis raw meat primal diets. Which is the best during puberty and is working out stunting growth, also calisthenics are they any good? If you are willing to anserw please expalin why and what are some things u can do in puberty, especially for height.
