if i want more prominent cheekbones and overall better gut health what are some foods/meals I should consistently be eating

1.
spirulina. cheap, i got 1 years supply for 20 bucks
All essential plant vitamins, high in protein + tastes good with food. Basically seaweed.

2. cows blood, high in iron and all animal proteins
100ml has 20 grams of protein, perfect for morning pancake.

3. all root fruits as veggies, cheap, tasty, high in beta carotene (carrots, sweet potato etc)

4. growing your own mushroom, you only need about 60 bucks to have 1 years worth of growing supply for mushrooms,
different sorts, some taste like beef, high in vitamins, etc. Healthy.

5. Kvarg (quark in english i suppose) Yoghurt high in protein 9 protein grams per 100. Tastes good.

If you correctly grow your own veggie supply you can then have enough money for meat, which is high testo food.
Spirulina can be grown in 20litre container with led lights.
in same environment as the mushrooms.

i just solved 1 year of veggies for you! For free!
By not having a need to buy veggies you can then buy meat.
You can also pick mushrooms in forests.

you cant get prominent cheekbones with diet unfortunately but for gut health eat a lot of rotting meat and fermented dairy like kefir and yogurt
